Through his unique and practical communication, vision casting and affirming leadership, Pastor Bob encourages people to live out an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. He also mentors pastors in the Philadelphia area and networks with leaders to see genuine transformation in people and communities. He’s a fan of football, good music and great food, and his favorite compliment is when people say, “He’s real.”
Grant studied Pastoral Ministry at the University of Valley Forge, and currently serves as Associate Pastor. He works to meet the daily operational needs of the church, in addition to managing finances. Having grown up in both Springfield and Life Christian Fellowship, Grant has a heart for the future of our community and church…and faith that Christ will utilize us to share His truth and love with a lost and hurting world.
As the administrative assistant at Life Christian Fellowship, Katie provides administrative support to pastoral staff, event coordination, and church communication - pretty much anything and everything! Originally from Nebraska, Katie has adapted well to the Philadelphia area, but stays loyal to the Nebraska Huskers.
Laura’s role working with children has ranged from special education teacher, City Life Director with Youth for Christ in Chester, and mom to her own three children. In her current position as Children’s Ministry Director, she's working to empower the leaders in Life Kids to be effective in teaching the truth of God's word to children in life-changing ways. Laura and her Life Kids' team seek to partner with parents to develop life-long followers of Jesus.
Born and raised in the Philly area, Joe is a diehard 4 for 4 Philly sports fan. He also has a heart to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the people living right in his neighborhood. Joe currently serves as the Usher Team Coordinator, Coordinator of Springfield's Souper Bowl of Caring efforts, and a leader in the Life Student Ministry team.
After serving at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO, Alex and his wife Jaclyn moved back to the Philadelphia area in 2010. After serving as Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at Calvary church in Wyncote, PA, they responded to the call of church planting. Alex and Jaclyn are partnering with Life Christian Fellowship in the planting of a new church in Delaware County. They are also working with a church planting network called the V3 Movement.
A Springfield native, Alex has a heart for the Delaware county community, and a passion for reaching broken people and the lost. He currently leads our Celebrate Recovery ministry on Wednesday evenings. He also leads in our partnership with homeless ministry, Door of Hope, in Upper Darby.
Aileen is a Philadelphia native. Aileen is a
credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God, a Christian Life Coach, and
an author. While living in Michigan around 2010, she developed a passion
to teach adults, and actively engaging in discipleship. In 2016, she became the
Life Group Leader Coordinator at LCF. Aileen considers the Life Groups to be
the pulse of the church, where people get to know one another and grow in
A member of our Board of Deacons, Jeremy also serves as the A/V Team Leader. He coordinates support and training for the worship team and pastoral staff, leading the team operating, and maintaining all sound, computer, and technology equipment and providing technical support during Sunday services and other church events. Jeremy also provides troubleshooting assistance whenever there’s a technical question in the building.
Our goal at LCF is to help you get “connected” to God, your church family and God-given purpose. Scott, and his wife Debra, partner with individuals to develop and pursue the opportunities to connect at Life Christian Fellowship. Scott leads the men’s bible study, serves in Kids Powerzone, and plays an active role in our short term missions planning.
At LCF we want every believer to discover and experience everything that Christ has planned for you. Partnering with husband Scott, Debra seeks to connect individuals with opportunities to serve, build friendships, and grow spiritually at Life Christian Fellowship. Debra leads a Life Group for women and serves as part of the “Family Experience” team.
