At Life Christian Fellowship, Life Groups, are an essential part of becoming a mature and spirit-filled follower of Christ.  Life Groups are not only a great place to study the Bible, they provide opportunity to encounter God in prayer and fellowship with others who are seeking God’s presence.

 

The early New Testament church understood the importance of sharing their lives, meeting together regularly and encouraging one another in spiritual growth.  Through the relationships that are built during times of prayer, fellowship and study, we can experience spiritual transformation.

 

They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.  Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles.   They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.   Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. All the believers were together and had everything in common.

    In our hearts, we all want to experience closeness with God. Yet in all of our yearnings, we often miss the simple truth that God is already with us! In this study, ladies will be challenged to consistently meet with God each day and reveal their true selves to Him, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

    As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Proverbs 27:17  The men’s group brings together guys of all ages, and equips them to be leaders in their homes, and lives.

    Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered and Bible-based 12-step recovery program.  From people-pleasing to chemical dependency, anxiety to anger issues, Celebrate Recovery offers a judgment-free community for sharing and encouragement.

    Prayer is powerful and effective. When we call out to God according to His will, He hears us and it pleases Him to answer our prayer. This Life Group is devoted to learn about prayer from God’s Word and to spend time in seeking Him together.

  • spiritual gifts

    Because human talent or abilities are not sufficient to do God’s work or change the world, the Holy Spirit provides many gifts to meet the many needs, opportunities, and challenges that we face as Christians in a sin-dominated world. This study will help us identify the gifts God has given us, and how we can use them to encourage the Body of Christ.

    Priscilla Shirer's Fervent focuses on showing women how to renew their passion, refocus their identity, deal with regrets, defeat temptation, weather fears, and uproot bitterness. We will use this book to equip, encourage, and empower mothers to find everyday fulfillment and strength.
