Carol has a background in teaching, as well as a deep love of studying the Word of God.  This is so valuable in her role as LIFE Group leader, and coordinator.  Carol mentors our LIFE Group leadership team, as well as pouring into women of all backgrounds in the Search Light Womens Group.  She also serves in our children's ministry on Sundays. 

Having participated in multiple missions trips with LCF, Debra works with her husband Scott in our missions ministry, supporting global missionaries, as well as leading short-term missions trips.  Debra also manages the website, social media, and visual media for Life Christian Fellowship.  

Elected to the Board of Deacons in 2022, Eleazar and his family have been active at LCF for several years.  While pursuing ministry credentials through the Asssemblies of God, Eleazar faithfully serves as an usher.  Eleazar and his wife Michele feel called to plant a church here in Delaware County, and serve this community.

Since joining LCF, Eric has been active in our men's Life Group, as well as serving in our AV team and planning committee for the new building.  Eric has been on the Board of Deacons since 2019, and demonstrates his servant heart.

Evelyn, and her husband Paul, have attended LCF for several years, and Evelyn has been a champion of prayer, overseeing weekly prayer requests and interceding for the needs of the church.  She also serves on the worship team. Evelyn was elected to the Board of Deacons in 2021, and serves faithfully.

As Associate Pastor, Grant works to meet the daily operational needs of the church, in addition to leading our Buildings and Grounds team, and serving with our Youth ministry.  Having grown up in both Springfield and Life Christian Fellowship, Grant has a heart for the future of our community and church…and faith that Christ will utilize us to share His truth and love with a lost and hurting world.

Born and raised in the Philly area, Joe is a diehard 4 for 4 Philly sports fan. He also has a heart to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the people living right in his neighborhood.  Joe currently serves as a leader in the Life Student Ministry team and Coordinator of Springfield's Souper Bowl of Caring efforts.

As administrative assistant at Life Christian Fellowship, Katie provides administrative support to pastoral staff, event coordination, and church communication - pretty much anything and everything! Originally from Nebraska, Katie loves the Philadelphia area, but stays loyal to the Nebraska Huskers.

With an extensive background in education and children's ministry, Laura is working to empower the leaders in Life Kids to be effective in teaching the truth of God's word to children in life-changing ways. Laura and her Life Kids' team seek to partner with parents to develop life-long followers of Jesus.

Leon is currently serving on our Board of Deacons, and also leads the Usher team on Sundays.  Additionally, Leon and his wife Roxan lead a Life Group on Thursday evenings.
